Do you have what it takes to become the next SPottie Idol?????

Starting in July and running through August, the SPoT is going to hold a competition to crown the next SPottie Idol!

We are going to pick out the best SPottie Club Member who contributes the most in postings to the SPoT over those two months. We will narrow it down to the Top 10 and then the members will vote them down until we get to our 1st Annual SPottie Idol of 2008!

We will have prizes for the top 3 finalists.

Prizes and Details on the contest are still in the works. So you have a couple of weeks to start gearing up for the auditions! Spread the word!

Well, our server was down for about 20 hours. First there was a major Storm in New Jersey that put the power out. Also there was going to be a scheduled down time for next week where they were going to change our servers to new racks, I had them do it today.

All is fine. We are not closing and I did not pull the plug and I did not sell the SPoT, despite what the rumors have been flying around that we were.

Out of Town

We have been out of town and on the road for the last 2 weeks going out and back to the Dalmatian Club of America National Specialty in Kentucky.

John-John finished in the top 12 Dogs at the show. It wasn't his best showing but we had him on a new handler who only starting working with him the day of the show. He did a fantastic job getting him into the top 12. I was going to show him but I was sick with the flu.

We are on the road back to Seattle now and my Internet has been really "SPottie". Sorry to anyone who have been trying to email me. I am trying to get to them all. We have been dodging bad weather and it looks like we may get stuck for a few days as I-80 and I-90 are closed in several places. We are in Des Moines, Iowa right now and have to make a choice on which direction to go. Either way does not look good.

Anyway sorry for any inconvenience to anyone, I am trying to catch up with all the back log of stuff I have to do around here.
